Setting up web tracking for your Shopline store allows OnVoard to retarget your store visitors based on their browsing activity. For example, you can use OnVoard to send cart abandonment email to contacts who've added cart items but didn't complete purchase. You need to turn this on to use workflows like browse abandonment, low stock, price drop, etc.
Follow instructions below to install web tracking on Shopline store.
1) Go to your Shopline theme and select Theme Settings at bottom left.
2) Under App Embeds, look for OnVoard Web Tracking and turn it on.
Remember to save your theme.
