For Shopware stores, cookie consent will be turned on by default.
- All cookie options are unchecked by default.
- When cookie consent is turned on, OnVoard won't set cookies to your users until they've accepted OnVoard cookies.
- This config will definitely affect your conversion stats since we won't be able to track users who've not opted-in for cookies.
Turn off cookie consent
We do provide merchants with an option to turn off cookie consent for OnVoard.
After installing OnVoard's app, go to Configurations.
From configurations page, you can turn off cookie consent which will allow OnVoard to set cookies without cookie consent.
