Wix Browse Abandonment Workflow

Browse Abandonment is when a shopper visits product page, but leaves your store without making purchase. 

OnVoard is able to identify browser abandonment shoppers for your Wix store if:

• Web Tracking is installed and Product Viewed activity is tracked.
• To track browse abandonment for Wix, users must be logged in to your site. Anonymous users can't be tracked.

Setting up Workflow

Select Workflow Playbook

Go to workflow playbooks page and select Browse Abandonment playbook for Wix. 

Workflow Configurations

In this workflow, we will send up to 1 browse abandonment email to contact.

• Select Email (Step 3) and add new email with using template "Browse Abandonment" email template

Click Submit to create workflow. That's it, setting up Browse Abandonment Workflow is easy when you are creating from playbook.
