For "place an order" activity to be eligible for earning points, the order has to in the correct status. For instance, you wouldn't want to give points for an invalid or unpaid order.
Configure Eligible/Ineligible Order Statuses
Go to edit merchant settings and look for Order Settings.
These are the eligible/ineligible statuses to reward points. In general, we recommend sticking to the defaults.
- Eligible Statuses: Paid
- Ineligible Statuses: Refunded, Cancelled
Keep in mind that if an order is partially refunded, we may still mark as it paid.
