By default, only Paid orders will be rewarded with points for placed order. You can configure eligible statuses using steps below.
- Go to merchant settings page.
- Under Order Settings section you can configure eligible statuses to be rewarded with points. Default value is Paid.
Why only give points when order is paid?
This is to prevent exploitation. If you auto give away points to orders that have not been paid, anyone can easily spam unpaid orders to collect points.
