For payment related issues, you should always first contact seller directly via provided email.
Coupon Issue - If coupon codes is not working, contact seller directly to get them to resolve it for you or issue a refund.
Issuing Refunds - Payment goes directly to seller's Stripe account. Sellers have controls to issue refunds and you should try to reach a resolution from them directly.
Filing Dispute - If seller is unresponsive or if a resolution couldn't be reached, you can consider filing a dispute with your bank. Be sure to provide evidence to back your dispute case.
Fraudulent Sellers - If you think a seller is fraudulent, please contact us and we will conduct an internal investigation.
Why Reperks don't issue refunds directly?
When a resolution can't be reached from both parties, generally both parties will have their own side of stories and financial institutions are better equipped to handle such cases.
This is similar to ecommerce platform (like Shopify) not being the best party to decide if a transaction should be refunded for payment dispute. As such, if a resolution couldn't be reached and you need to file a dispute as buyer, you can file it with your bank and provide them with evidence.
If you have proof that seller is fraudulent, please contact us and we will conduct an internal investigation.
