OnVoard only tracks known visitors from your site since activities are recorded for contact. If a visitor is anonymous, we won't know which contact to be assigned with activity. Essentially, known visitors are those who have:
- Logged in to your site previously or currently logged in while web tracking installed.
- Clicked through a link from an email delivered by OnVoard to your site.
- Been identified via OnVoard's Javascript API.
