1) Connect to your Ecommerce Store
Go to connections page and connect to your ecommerce store.
2) Setup Email Domains
We highly recommend you to setup email domains so that you can send emails from your own domain. Emails sent from your own domain will not have "via onvoard-mail.com" message.
3) Setup Email Profiles
You need to setup email profile before you can start sending emails.
4) Import Existing Data
Chances is that you have existing data that you want to import. OnVoard allows you to import the following data:
- Contacts Data
- Products Data
- Reviews Data

5) Use Flow to Sync Data
After importing existing data to OnVoard, you would want to setup flows to automatically sync new data and changes to existing data. Below are flows you can use to sync data:

Setting up web tracking for your ecommerce store allows OnVoard to retarget your store visitors based on their browsing activity. For example, you can use OnVoard to send cart abandonment email to contacts who've added cart items but didn't complete purchase.
