1) Connect to your Ecommerce Store
Go to marketing platform's connections page and connect to your ecommerce store. After your store is connected, OnVoard will automatically sync customers and products data from your store. Depending on the number of records you have, you may take up to a few hours for data to be fully synced.
2) Setup Email Domains
We highly recommend you to setup email domains so that you can send emails from your own domain. Emails sent from your own domain will not have "via onvoard-mail.com" message.
3) Setup Email Profiles
You need to setup email profile before you can start sending emails.
4) Setup Web Tracking
Setting up web tracking for your ecommerce store allows OnVoard to retarget your store visitors based on their browsing activity. For example, you can use OnVoard to send cart abandonment email to contacts who've added cart items but didn't complete purchase.
