- High bounce rate from your emails
- High percentage of emails being marked as spam
- Suspicious activity
What are the limits?
Hard Bounce Rate: Must be within 5%.
Spam Report Rate: Must be within 0.2%.
To check, you can view email delivery stats for your account.
What should I do if email sending is disabled?
The first thing you should do is to review your contacts and ensure that you are sending to people who've given you the permission to do so. Next, consider cleaning your list and unsubscribing contacts who've not been engaging with your emails.
After that is done, reach out to us at email@example.com with answers for the following questions.
- How did you obtain your contacts?
- Did these contacts engage with your business before you emailed them? If so, how did they engage with your business? For example, did they sign up at your site, or purchased from your store.
