When setting up email profile, it is possible to use an email address from a free email provider, like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. However, this is something we discourage since:
- You can't build sender reputation since you don't control the domain used for sending.
- Free email address are generally used for 1-to-1 sending and sending emails in bulk may cause deliverability issues.

When you specify a free email address for email profile, OnVoard will automatically generate another email address that will be used for sending.

All generated email address will be using onvoard-mail.com domain. Since this is a domain that we control and passes DMARC check, delivery rates will be much better compared to using free email address for sending. Email replies will be directed to free email address.
