Inactive Connection
Go to connections page and check that connection to your ecommerce platform is active.
Queued Updates
OnVoard uses webhooks to sync product data with your ecommerce platform in real time. In most cases, product information should synced within a minute or so.
However, sometimes we may encounter merchants with large product catalogs sending us > 100,000 product updates at once. Since update logs are handled in first-in-first-out (FIFO) manner, update logs will be queued and handled accordingly. In such cases, product updates may be delayed anywhere from a few minutes to hours.
