Today, I'm super excited to introduce V2 of OnVoard. This is a completely revamped version of OnVoard that I've been working on for the last 10 months.OnVoard is now an email marketing platform for ecommerce. Moving forward, OnVoard's key focus is to help merchants generate more revenue with minimal work by unleashing the full potential of marketing automations.Unlike many other email marketing vendors, OnVoard is built specifically for ecommerce merchants. Having this drilled-down focus allows me to build features that matter to ecommerce merchants.Key FeaturesBelow are key features of OnVoard that are newly added.Email EditorScreenshot for Email EditorThe drag and drop email editor allows you to customize email designs for your store within minutes. This email editor is purpose built from ground up for ecommerce merchants. It packs with ecommerce specific blocks like Product List, Reviews, and Star Rating.Embedding Reviews into Cart Abandonment EmailUsing OnVoard's email editor, you can seamlessly embed product reviews into your abandonment emails. This is one feature you won't find in any other email marketing platforms.Flow EditorScreenshot for Flow EditorFlow editor is our star for marketing automations. It is fully customizable and allows you to dictate how you want to automate your marketing in a set and forget manner. Obviously, all these buzz words would mean nothing if we can't pinpoint any concrete use case with it.Concretely, you can use flows to automatically:Recover users who've abandoned checkouts.Retarget users who've added cart items but didn't checkout.Retarget users who've viewed products but didn't checkout.Sent a birthday email.Sent review request after an order has been fulfilled.Follow-up with coupon discount email after user leaves a review.Sent reviewer a notification email after their review has been replied. To make things even better, we have preset configurations for these flows that already does 90% of the setup work for you.Screenshot for Flow PlaybooksSimply select playbook to use and make further adjustments from there.Reviews CollectionThere are many cracks in existing solutions for collecting product reviews. Most require you to use a preset template for review request email. You can't fully control the design of your email.Workflows are rigid and lack intelligence. You can't do things like show a different email (with discount coupon) if a user spends more than $1000.Example of review request email generated from email editor. These are issues that OnVoard is ironing out. When you use OnVoard to collect product reviews, you get to fully control:Review request emailAudience to sendIntervals between each sendScreenshot for Reviews CollectorReviews collector page can be used to collect product/site reviews. In most scenarios, you would direct users from review request emails to collector page.Reviews WidgetScreenshot for Reviews Widget EditorOur reviews widget provides a clean and intuitive user interface to help you sell more with product reviews. It also supports image and video upload for review submission. Also, take a look at the following demo stores for live examples on how reviews widget looks like.Shopify DemoEasyStore DemoPricing DetailsUse our pricing calculator to check estimated monthly cost.OnVoard uses a simple pay-as-you-go pricing structure. Introducing OnVoard as Email Marketing Platform for Ecommerce (Posted 07/08/2020)

Many merchants wonder why OnVoard didn't provide a lead capture tool for our email marketing app. The main reason for the hold-up is because I wanted to build an enterprise-level popup tool to elevate how our merchants collect leads and upsell products similar to standards set by the biggest ecommerce stores. After months of hard work, I am excited to announce that OnVoard is releasing Prompt, a generational product that reinvents what you can think you could create with pop-ups. Beyond the role of collecting leads, Prompt is pushing the limits of what you can accomplish with pop-ups by helping you to increase store revenue with cross-sell product recommendations. Here are some examples of Prompts that you can createWelcome new users with a discount code for their first purchase.Stop cart abandonment when a user with cart items tries to exit.Recommend frequently bought together products when user add cart item. Paired with OnVoard Recommender app.Display product recommendations like best selling, discounted items, recently viewed etc. Paired with OnVoard Recommender app.Other use casesCross-sell products when user initiate checkout.Collect feedback.Key FeaturesBelow are the key features for OnVoard Prompt.1) Full Customization with EditorMany pop-up vendors only allow you to customize content within a fixed template. With Prompt's editor, you can fully customize pop-ups from the ground up. Every row, column, and block can be customized. Merchants now have full control to craft pop-ups that match store design.2) Template LibraryDon't be daunted by the challenge of designing pop-ups from scratch. Pick one of our pre-built templates and click Save. That's how easy it is to get started.3) Powerful Filtering for SegmentationDisplay prompt to the right audience with our filtering tool. Some examples of how you can target users.Filter by Frequency - Generate less annoying pop-ups by showing to users who've not seen any pop-ups within the last X mins.Filter by Contact Properties - Winback customers by showing discount codes to logged-in users who've not placed any order within the last 90 days.Filter by Ecommerce Properties - Increase AOV by displaying upsell prompt if cart amount is below $100.Other filtering options:Behavior & Prompt ActivitiesCookieCustom PropertiesDevice typeLocationTime on sitePage depthVisitor typeURL & Referer URL4) Ecommerce TriggersTrigger prompt based on ecommerce activities on your site.Add Cart Item (Trigger) - When a user adds an item to the cart, display product recommendations like frequently bought together products to cross-sell.Initiate Checkout (Trigger) - When a user clicks on the checkout button, prompt them with product recommendations to increase average order value. How much does Prompt App cost?Prices are in US dollars. New App: OnVoard Prompt (Posted 05/19/2021)

Hola, amigo. Quick updates on some new stuff we have at OnVoard.Brand New ConsoleI've rebuilt to OnVoard's Console to make things sleekier and easier for you to switch products. The main reason for the change was that the previous navigation layout can be confusing and overly cluttered as we add more products to OnVoard's brand. Before ChangeAfter ChangeNow, let's talk about the 2 upcoming products that we're adding.AOV Progress BarPrompt user to add more cart items to unlock discounts like free shippingThis is an interactive progress bar that changes whenever customers add or remove items from cart. The effect is to motivate customers to subconsciously add more items to their cart. The rule of thumb is to place progress bar in areas when there's "Add to Cart" button. This way, whenever a customers add a cart item, they will be prompt to fill up the bar.Back In StockCustomers can subscribe for back-in-stock notifications when products are out of stock. The average merchant loses 10% revenue from out of stock items. Our new back in stock tool helps merchants to recover these revenue by allowing customers to subscribe for back in stock notifications and automatically notifies them when your products are restocked. When will these 2 products be available? If you are running on EasyStore, good news for you! You can use these 2 new products right away.If you are running on Shopify, you probably will have to wait for at least a few days. We've submitted our apps for approval and it is currently pending review.Keen to get started? Go to catalog page and add these 2 new products.Other ImprovementsI've also added several improvements to OnVoard's platform.Recent activities in contacts managementUp to 3 most recent activities will be shown for each contactYou can now view recent activities for each contact via contacts management page without diving into individual contact profile.View Guide for Flow PlaybooksEach playbook comes with link to view guideEach flow playbook now comes along with a "View Guide" link to help you walk you through flow setup. This would save you time trying to dig up documentation for respective flow.Deduplicate Email Recipients for FlowTurn on to prevent sending duplicate emails to the same recipient. One of the most common mistakes I've seen in cart/browse abandonment flows is that merchants often forget to add a filter logic to skip recipients who've already received the same abandonment email. This means that if customers viewing 5 different products may end up getting 5 browse abandonment emails. To resolve this common issue, I've added deduplicate recipients option making it easy to exclude past recipients when sending out emails in abandonment flows.‍
