New Plans

Subscription charges are prepaid so you will be charged the moment you upgrade. After that, you will be charged at the start of next billing cycle. For example, if you subscribe to monthly plan, your next charge will be 1 month from today.

For sending emails, you will need to topup sending balance which will be charged separately from app subscriptions. This allows charges to be flexible according to your email sending volume.


Legacy Plans

Subscription charges are post-usage so you will be charged on 1st of each month for previous month usage. Thus, March usage will be charged on 1st April.

 

Shopify Billing

Since billing is handled by Shopify, you will be charged based on Shopify's billing cycle. For more details, please refer here.
