OnVoard uses product reviews data from our Reviews app to display product ratings in recommendations. To display product ratings, you need to:

  • Install and subscribe to our Reviews app. You can use both apps for free if you subscribe to Marketing Platform Standard Plan ($14.95/mo). For more details, see subscriptions page.
  • Import existing reviews (if there are any). See guide to import via csv.
  • Published reviews data will be used to display product ratings in recommendations.
