Default stock level if product inventory is not tracked by BigCommerce

If a product inventory is not tracked by BigCommerce, OnVoard will automatically set stock level on our end.

For every variant, product stock level will increment by 1000. Why not set to zero instead? Setting to zero will denote a product as out-of-stock and alters the behavior for some of our apps like back-in-stock and recommender.
