  • Sign-ups are everyone who has ever joined a queue.

  • Subscribers are the people still waiting on an email from you.

Once you email someone, they drop out of Subscribers. They never drop out of Sign-ups, so Sign-ups will always be the bigger number.

It's also why your date range only moves one of them. Sign-ups, emails and revenue all follow your dates. Subscribers doesn't budge: it's always a headcount of who is queued up right now.
