Import BigCommerce Reviews to OnVoard

Before you Begin

• Go to products page and check that all products have been imported. 
• If product is not imported, we won't import reviews for it.

To import BigCommerce reviews into OnVoard, you can go to reviews overview.

Select Import Reviews and continue from there. Depending on the number of reviews you have, it may take anywhere from a few minutes to hours for reviews to be fully imported.

• Go to reviews page to view imported reviews. 
• To view logs, you can go to background jobs. Then look for Sync BigCommerce Reviews
