You can setup global filters and recommender filters to exclude products from recommendations based on their properties.

 

Global Filters

Go to recommender settings page to specify global filters. The following filters are supported on global level.

  • Minimum Rating
  • Does not contain tags

 

Recommender Filters

Go to recommenders page and select recommender to edit. Then go to Filters tab and Enable Additional Filters.

Recently Viewed

Unlike other recommendations, recently viewed recommendations will not be filtered.
