Sync Delay Minutes is gone. It used to hold a response back for a bit before syncing it onward. It's been removed from the campaign editor, and there's nothing to configure in its place.

 

We check every submission for spam automatically now, so a delay isn't needed to keep junk out of your synced destinations. You don't need to do anything: existing campaigns keep working the same as before, just without that wait before a response syncs out.
