Negative Review Notification Workflow

You can use Negative Review Notification Workflow to get notified whenever someone leaves a negative review.

Setting up Workflow

Select Workflow Playbook

Go to workflow playbooks page and select Negative Review Notification playbook. 

Click Submit to create workflow. That's it, setting up is easy when you are creating from playbook.
