EasyStore Review Request Workflow
You can skip the article if you're using Reviews app built-in email sending. This article is for those who wants to use Marketing Platform to send reviews emails.
Use this workflow to automatically send review request emails to customers after their orders have been fulfilled.
Before you Begin
- Ensure that you have at least 1 reviews collector ready. If not, see guide for setting up reviews collector.
Setting up Workflow
Select Workflow Playbook
Go to workflow playbooks page and select Review Request playbook.
Workflow Configurations
- Select Email (Step 2) and add new email with using template "Review Request" email template
Email Settings
Inside email, go to Settings > Advanced > Reviews Collector and select reviews collector to use.
This will generate misc.reviews_collector_url variable use in write review button. Configure the rest of email config to your preferences and save it.
That's it, setting up Review Request Workflow is easy when you are creating from playbook.
