Below are details for email recipient statuses

Sending: Currently sending email to recipient.

Delivered: Email has been accepted by recipient's email server.

Skipped: Will skip sending email to recipient. This happens when you are sending an email to a non-sendable contact.

Failed: Encountered error when trying to send email to recipient. This can happen for various reasons.

  • Bounced recipient
  • Inactive email campaign
  • Exceeding free sending limits if you are on free plan

You should look into recipients' logs if you encounter a high number of sending failures. Keep in mind that sending may be temporarily disabled if our system detects high volume of sending failures.
