Periodic Trigger

Use periodic trigger to run recurring workflow on active contacts from lists/tags/segments. For example, you can use it to:

• Send monthly product recommendations
• Send monthly report on reward points

Below are notable configurations for periodic trigger.

Lists (Optional): Will trigger periodically for contacts in specified lists.

Tags (Optional): Will trigger periodically for contacts in specified tags.

Segments (Optional): Will trigger periodically for contacts in specified segments.

Days of Week (Optional): Specify days of week for weekly trigger. For example, if Monday and Tuesday is selected, we will trigger weekly on Monday and Tuesday.

Dates of Month (Optional): Specify dates of month for monthly trigger. For example, if 1 and 5 is selected, we will trigger monthly on 1st and 5th of each.

When will periodic trigger workflow?

Periodic trigger will be checked every hour. If eligible, it will trigger workflow.
