Date Property Trigger

Use date property trigger to trigger workflow based on date property of active contacts. In most cases, you would use to for anniversary and birthday workflows.

Below are notable configurations for date property trigger.

Date Property: This is the date property you would use. Like Date of Birth, Created Datetime etc.

Frequency: Can be Yearly or One-Time. If yearly, contact will be triggered once per year (birthday workflows). If one-time, contact will only be triggered once (appointment reminder workflows).

When will date property trigger workflow?

Date property trigger will be checked once per day. If eligible, it will trigger workflow.
