Shopify Cart Abandonment Workflow

Cart Abandonment is when a shopper add items to their cart, but leaves your store without making the purchase. 

OnVoard is able to identify cart abandonment shoppers for your Shopify store if:

• Web Tracking is installed and Cart Item Added activity is tracked.
• Visitors can be identified. See trackable site visitors.

Before you Begin

• Ensure that web tracking is installed and Cart Item Added activity is tracked.
• Understand difference between checkout abandonment and cart abandonment.

Setting up Workflow

Select Workflow Playbook

Go to workflow playbooks page and select Cart Abandonment playbook for Shopify. 

Workflow Configurations

In this workflow, we will send up to 1 cart abandonment email to contact.

• Select Email (Step 3)and add new email with using template "Cart Abandonment" email template

Click Submit to create workflow. That's it, setting up Cart Abandonment Workflow is easy when you are creating from playbook.
