BigCommerce Browse Abandonment Workflow

OnVoard is able to identify browser abandonment shoppers for your BigCommerce store if:

• Web Tracking is installed and Product Viewed activity is tracked.
• Visitors can be identified. See trackable site visitors.

Before you Begin

• Ensure that web tracking is installed and Product Viewed activity is tracked.

Select Workflow Playbook

Go to workflow playbooks page and select Browse Abandonment playbook. 

Workflow Configurations

In this workflow, we will send up to 1 browse abandonment email to contact.

• Select Email (Step 3) and add new email with using template "Browse Abandonment" email template

Click Submit to create workflow. That's it, setting up Browse Abandonment Workflow is easy when you are creating from playbook.
