ActionPop can create or update a Klaviyo subscriber every time someone responds to your campaign. A lead captured in a popup lands straight in the list your Klaviyo flows already run off, no import needed.

 

Connect to Klaviyo

Go to the campaign connections page and connect your Klaviyo account with a private API key, found in the API key area of your Klaviyo account.

We only show Klaviyo Subscriber as a sync option once that connection exists.

 

Klaviyo Subscriber Sync

Edit your campaign and open Sync. Find Klaviyo Subscriber and turn it on.

 

Required Configurations

  • Connection - which connected Klaviyo account to send this campaign's responses to.

  • List - the Klaviyo list the subscriber gets added to. Set this first: unlike ActiveCampaign and Brevo, Klaviyo needs a list just to sync a response at all.

  • Mark Contact as Accepts Marketing Emails - on by default, this subscribes the contact to email marketing in Klaviyo. Turn it off if this particular campaign shouldn't opt someone into email.

 

Required Fields

Map Email too under Field Mappings - between the missing list and a missing email, either one on its own stops the sync cold. First Name, Last Name and Phone are optional.

 

Custom Mappings

Collecting more than name, email and phone? Custom Mappings sends any other form answer straight to a Klaviyo profile property. Unlike ActiveCampaign and Brevo, you don't need to create that property in Klaviyo first - whatever you type into Destination Field becomes the property name.
