ActionPop can create or update an ActiveCampaign contact every time someone responds to your campaign. No CSV, no import. A lead captured in a popup lands straight in the list you already email from, ready for whatever automation you have waiting on it.

Connect to ActiveCampaign

Go to the campaign connections page and connect your ActiveCampaign account. You'll need your account name (the part of your ActiveCampaign URL before .api-us1.com) and an API key, both available in ActiveCampaign's developer settings.

We only show ActiveCampaign Contact as a sync option once that connection exists.

ActiveCampaign Contact Sync

Edit your campaign and open Sync. Find ActiveCampaign Contact and turn it on.

Required Configurations

  • Connection - which connected ActiveCampaign account to send this campaign's responses to.

  • List - the ActiveCampaign list the contact gets added to.

Required Fields

Map Email first under Field Mappings. Skip it and ActiveCampaign never gets the response at all, no matter how much else you filled in. First Name, Last Name and Phone are optional.

Custom Mappings

Collecting more than name, email and phone? Custom Mappings sends any other form answer to a field in ActiveCampaign. The Destination Field needs that field's ID from ActiveCampaign, not its label - look up the ID in ActiveCampaign before you map it here.
