Every ActionPop game, Spin Wheel, Scratch Card, and Pick a Gift, has one control that decides the whole shape of the play. It's called When to ask for details, in the game's Behavior section.

It has 3 settings, and all 3 keep the game on a single screen. What changes is only when the form asking for the visitor's details shows up.

Before playing

This locks the game until the visitor fills in the form and submits it. That submit is what starts the spin, the scratch, or the box opening. The prize and the code only appear once you already have their details in hand.

After playing

This hides the form completely. The visitor plays straight away, and the prize reveals right there on the same screen the moment they spin, scratch, or open a box.

Only once they've seen what they won does the form appear, asking them to enter their details to actually claim the code.

Don't ask

This skips the form entirely. The visitor plays and the code reveals right away. Nothing is collected at all.

Which one to pick

After playing is the one to reach for on most games. The visitor has already put in the effort: spun the wheel, scratched the card, opened a box.

There's a real prize sitting on the other side of the form, instead of a locked game asking for a favor before they even know if it's worth it.

Scratch Card and Pick a Gift default to After playing the moment you drop them in. Both are gesture-driven games that convert better play-first.

Spin Wheel defaults to Before playing instead, since there's nothing to click before the spin itself. Asking upfront doesn't cost the visitor anything they'd rather be doing first.

You can switch any game to whichever setting fits your campaign. The default is only where it starts.

What the form can collect

The capture form isn't locked to email. Add whichever fields fit your campaign: phone, name, or a short custom question.

The game plays and reveals against whatever you've set up.

Add a Consent block to a game's capture form when you want an explicit opt-in record before you text a winner.

Its Channel field only offers SMS and WhatsApp, and both bind to a phone number field. There's no email option on the block, so an email field on your form won't appear as something a consent checkbox can apply to.
